If you have forgot your password, click here to get your password in your email.

 

Forgot my User ID

If you've set up a Market4wood Account, your account username is the userid you created during registration (e.g. myname or myname@example.com). Please be sure to enter the id correctly.

 

I know my User ID & Password, but can't login.

If you’re unable to log in and getting "User ID Not Found/Not Activated" error message, you may be accidentally putting an extra space at the beginning or end of the email address field. Please make sure you enter your email address with no extra spaces. And if the User ID is correct, you have not activated email address or has been disabled. To activate your account kindly email us with subject line activate my account with User ID.

 

I am not sure if i have register on Market4wood.com

To determine if you have a Market4wood Account just visit http://www.market4wood.com/asp/forgotpass.asp

and enter your email address. If there's no Market4wood Account associated with your email address, you'll get a message that says, "Email Address is not found in our Member Database."
If you get this message, then you don't have a Market4wood Account associated with your email address. To create an account, just visit https://www.market4wood.com/asp/logininfo.asp

 

How to Enable Cookies

 

To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+

  • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.

  • Click on the "Privacy" tab.

  • Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".

  • Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x

  • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.

  • Click on the "Security" tab.

  • Click the "Custom Level" button.

  • Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.

  • To enable:

    • Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".

    • Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".

  • Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x

  • Select "Internet Options" from the View menu.

  • Click on the "Advanced" tab.

  • Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the "Security" section.

  • To enable:

    • Select "Always accept cookies".

  • Click "OK".

Netscape Communicator 4.x

  • Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.

  • Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.

  • To enable:

    • Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").

  • Click "OK".

Mozilla Firefox (1.0 final release and earlier)

  • Go to the "Tools" menu.

  • Select "Options".

  • Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.

  • Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".

  • Click "OK" to save changes.

Netscape 7.1/Mozilla 5.0

  • Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.

  • Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand.

  • Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."

  • Select "Enable all cookies".

  • Click "OK".
